MUSC NURASANA

Inspired by Thibaud Crivelli’s experience of stretching on a terrace at first light, Musc Nurasana unfolds as a fresh, luminous musky scent threaded with rose damascena and incense. Its long lasting, radiant trail is filled with vitality, balancing openness to the world with a return to the self.

Musk is much more than a perfume ingredient, it is an infinite world to explore. It is the artistic expression of a feeling that leaves no one indifferent, because it resonates on an intimate level. My wish with this new Olfactory Escapes collection is to translate physical sensations that have left an impression on me and give them expression, offering olfactory compositions centered on the unexpected and highlighting a selection of musks with varied and complementary facets. The first opus in this collection, poised between light and self awakening, is an expression of vitality. Musc Nurasana.

In the chiaroscuro of a terrace suspended in silence, Thibaud Crivelli captured the energy of a nascent morning: the cool air, the gradual ascent of the sun, and the musky, floral breath that heralds the world’s awakening. From this narrative, driven by the creative impulse of Gael Montero, emerges a musk conceived as a grounding and harmonious material.

The composition opens with a clean and invigorating momentum, like the resonance of an inner gong: bergamot pulses with vibrancy, electrified by the energy of ginger CO2, while cardamom absolute prolongs the sense of awakening.

Then, the material becomes more layered. Dry, resinous curls of incense smoke lend the scent a meditative verticality, permeated by a soft rose note whose mineral undertones evoke the image of a flower resting on still cool stone.

Little by little, the fragrance grows more enveloping. Tonka bean extends its soft warmth, supported by the balmy accents of cistus and pine resin.

Maison Crivelli offers breathtaking olfactory adventures that arise from the encounter between a material and an unexpected moment experienced by creator Thibaud Crivelli. Each fragrance bears the signature of an ultra sensorial scene, where accords, sounds, colors, and textures collide and resonate in a synesthetic alchemy.
