Description
Inspired by the drawers of the sacristy of St. Mark's Basilica in Venice.
Almost oriental flavors, reminiscent of the spices that came from the sea in the lagoon city. In Venice, spice makers experimented with these ingredients, mixed them, weighed them, and then sold them in small packages, so-called "Venetian bags."
From that moment on, Venice and the whole world did not run out of spices, not only to season the dishes, but also to enrich the rites inside the basilica of Venice, decorated with golden mosaics, solemnity and appreciation.
