Description
First launched in 1882, Fougere Royale was the first "fougere" (fern-scented) fragrance ever created, establishing a whole new class of fragrances. This class of perfumes is the most popular family of fragrances today.
Today, following the character of the past, the House of Houbigant has revived the "extraordinary classic" to create an elegant, contemporary fragrance. Reinvented by Rodrigo Flores-Roux, Fougere Royale opens with a bright cocktail of citrus oils, which is combined with an aromatic bouquet of Mediterranean plants, in which lavender and Moroccan chamomile dictate the tempo. With a heart of flowers and spices: geranium, cinnamon, pepper and carnations, Fougere Royale has woody, amber base notes, enriched with tonka beans and sage.
