Description
For a new spring scent, Diptyque found its inspiration in the folklore of Ancient Greece, a subject adored by the famous Perfume House. According to stories in Greek mythology, Mynthe was the nymph who charmed the god Hades. When their love story was discovered by his wife, Persephone, Hades had no choice and had to turn it into the plant that would perfume his world: mint.
With the new composition with mint touches, Diptyque "breaks" the code of traditional pafumera, reinventing the way in which one of the emblematic families was "built": the fougere.
Being in the game of two worlds, the brand finds the perfect balance between dream and reality, freed from the gender code and cultural ties, uniting the olfactory, visual and tactile sense in the universe of niche perfumery.
