The cocoa bomb explodes. Bitter raw cocoa powder, dense melting of cocoa butter, the dizzying wave of cocoa liqueur. Decadence strikes immediately. Then it darkens, it spins, it deepens. Caramel fudge flowing, sugar burned to smoke, ginger liqueur that lights up the cream. Sticky, heavy, almost indecent. Sweetness is not polite. It melts, flows and stains. The biscuit and marshmallow dough collapse in the heat of vanilla, leaving behind a dash of brown sugar and ambrette musk.
