Description
Native to Central America, vanilla belongs to the orchid family, growing in tropical rainforests. Tahitian vanilla is a symphony of warm, exotic and delicate notes. Strong vanilla aromas envelop and merge with leafy notes of Ylang-ylang and champaca, on a warm base of amber, musk and sandalwood. The raw material extraction process is innovative and modern. Tahitian vanilla is not extracted with solvents, but through a more natural and less invasive process, known as supercritical CO2, which retains all the aromatic facets and identity of its natural profile to ensure a high purity extract. Its olfactory qualities are unique. The captivating aroma of this powerful, inviting and exotic raw material brings the soft and oily texture of the vanilla bean to life.
