Master perfumer Julien Rasquinet collaborated with Sebastian Jara, creator of The Perfume Guy channel, and the Jusbox Perfumes team to recreate the perfume we would all wear if Studio 54 existed today. The exotic notes of a creamy Pina Colada accord combine with the energy of Cardamom and Davana, creating a vibrant composition with distinctive shades of Saffron, Chocolate, Nagarmotha and Cinnamon. The rich and intense base includes notes of SFE Rum, Absolute Vanilla, Sandalwood, Patchouli and Tobacco – the hidden side of unknown pleasures. Fifty Four is inspired by the legendary Studio 54, a symbol of sexual freedom, gender fluidity and creative expression, where anyone could feel like a star and part of a grandiose dream. The story of Studio 54 begins in 1977, when two ambitious young men, Schrager and Rubell, rented a former opera house on 54th Street in Manhattan and transformed the stage into a vibrant dance floor, redefining the concept of an exclusive club. They brought together the transgressions of the underground and the brilliance of the New York elite in a perfect cocktail: bare-chested waiters, wild music, bright choreographies and endless waiting lists. No one knew the secret to entering Studio 54, but everyone wanted to be there. Upon hearing the words Fifty Four, everyone automatically goes back to those legendary times. A name that speaks for itself. The chosen color is gold and silver, the official color code of Studio 54. The Pina Colada accord, masterfully created by Julien Rasquinet, opens the fragrance with creamy, exotic, refreshing and delicate notes, accompanied by the freshness of Cardamom and the distinct aromas of Davana, offering a feeling of relief, euphoria and happiness. The fragrant, warm and spicy heart with Saffron, Nagarmotha and Cinnamon takes on an unexpected sweetness thanks to the Chocolate Accord. The sensual and captivating base is a powerful combination of fruity and leathery Rum, warm and spicy Absolute Vanilla, along with Sandalwood, Patchouli and Tobacco, all offering a woody and mysterious seduction.
