1. Preamble
1.1. The website www.beautik.ro is operated by Green Net S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity, with its registered office in Bucharest, Calea Dorobantilor, no. 187B, 4th floor, sector 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J1999007800401, and having unique registration code (CUI) 12163923 (hereinafter referred to as the „Seller” or „Green Net”).
1.2. beautik.ro is an e-commerce service that enables users to purchase the products displayed on the Site. Products may be purchased based on orders received through the website. All information used to describe the products available on the website (static/dynamic images/multimedia presentations/etc.) does not represent a contractual obligation on the part of Green Net, as they are used exclusively for presentation purposes.
1.3. By accessing or using the Site (including browsing or purchasing products) you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. We recommend that you read them carefully both when you first access the website www.beautik.ro and periodically thereafter.
1.4. Green Net S.R.L. may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any amendments become effective and binding upon publication on the Site. The updated version will be posted on the Site; accordingly, you should check this document from time to time.
1.5. We cannot guarantee that the Site will be available at all times. We may encounter hardware, software, or other problems, or we may need to perform maintenance on the Site, which may result in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Site at any time or for any reason without notice. You agree that we have no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Site during any period of non-operation or interruption of the Site. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as obliging us to maintain and support the Site or to provide any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
1.6. Unless otherwise provided, these General Conditions of Sale and use below are applicable to all navigation on the website www.beautik.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
1.7. The “Site” includes all pages accessible at this address, including versions optimized for mobile or tablet use.
1.8. By placing an order for a Product on the Site, the Consumer confirms that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation. Acceptance is not conditional upon a handwritten signature.
1.9. The Consumer may download, save or print these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, provided that no changes are made to their content.
1.10. The online store is available in Romanian and English. The Consumer acknowledges that the English version is provided for convenience only and that the language selected by the Consumer may differ from the language used by the Seller, which may depend, among other things, on the delivery address indicated by the Consumer.
1.11. For the purposes of this Terms, it is agreed that the Consumer and Green Net will be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as the “Party”.
2. Technical malfunctions on the online store
2.1. The online store may change at any time, without prior notice, the price of any Product or Service presented on the Site.
2.2. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that has occurred as a result of technical defects that have affected the description of the characteristics of the products presented on the site.
2.3. The prices displayed on the website are the prices of the products. If a pricing error is identified in the products ordered, the Customer will be informed and given the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it. If the Customer cannot be contacted or does not agree to the order at the correct price, the order will be considered canceled and the amount paid for the order affected by the pricing error will be refunded in full.
2.4. In the event that an order is placed for a product at a derisory price, we reserve the right to cancel the order, in accordance with the provisions of Article 1665(2) of the Romanian Civil Code (Law No. 287/2009) regarding derisory prices. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel the order, without any further obligation to the Customer.
2.5. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if:
• the prices displayed on the website www.beautik.ro are the result of a material error;
• the product(s) ordered is/are no longer in stock;
• the transaction has not been accepted by the bank that issued the Customer's card;
• the data provided by the Customer on the website is incomplete and/or incorrect;
• it was placed using software, a robot, crawler, spider, or any automated system or encrypted behavior, and through any third-party services to place an order on your behalf.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. The content and design of beautik.ro, as well as any other related material sent to you by email or provided to you by any other means (e.g., articles, design, product descriptions, and any other materials), belong to the Company and/or its collaborators - where this is expressly specified - (copyright) and are protected by intellectual property legislation. You may not use, reproduce, or allow anyone else to use or reproduce beautik.ro materials without prior written permission from the Company.
3.2. You may not use frames (in the sense of HTML language) or framing techniques (in the sense of HTML language) for trademarks, logos, or other information protected by copyright law (including images, text, interfaces, forms) belonging to beautik.ro without the prior written permission of the Company.
3.3. Limited, revocable, and non-exclusive creation of hyperlinks to the beautik.ro index page is permitted, as long as this action does not present the beautik.ro service in a false, misleading, derogatory, or offensive light. You may not use the company logo or other graphic properties or trademarks as part of hyperlinks without the prior written permission of the Company.
4. Definitions
beautik.ro - an e-commerce service that sells perfumery and cosmetic products (hereinafter referred to as the “Products” or the “Product”) presented on its website only for retail and for strictly personal use, to end consumers (hereinafter referred to as the “Consumers” or the “Consumer”).
Seller – Green Net S.R.L, identified above.
User – any individual over the age of 18 who has completed the Account creation process and agreed to the specific terms and conditions of the website in the General Terms and Conditions section.
Customer – any natural person over the age of 18 who creates an Account on the Site and places an Order on the beautik.ro website.
Online Account – the account defined by the customer, consisting of an email address and password that allows the Customer to place Orders and which contains information about the Customer and the Buyer's history on the Website (Orders, tax invoices, etc.). The User is responsible for ensuring that all information entered when creating the Account is correct, complete, and up to date.
Order – the electronic document between the Seller and the Customer through which the latter expresses their intention to purchase products from the beautik.ro website.
Products – any product on the website that is to be delivered by the Seller to the Customer following their order. The images for each type of product offered by beautik.ro are for informational purposes only. Their purpose is to present the products we offer. The final products may differ from the images presented on the website.
Contract – represents the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Customer.
Promotional campaign – an action carried out by the Seller regarding a limited stock of products for a period of time determined by the Seller.
Commercial Communications – any type of message sent (e.g. email/SMS/etc.) containing information about offers or promotions, information about products, information about products similar or complementary to those purchased by the customer, market studies, etc.
Transaction – the collection or refund of an amount resulting from the sale of a Product using the card processor services agreed upon by the Seller, regardless of the delivery method.

- Purpose of the agreement
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the rules governing the Seller’s online sale of Products to the Consumer via the Site, and define the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from such sales (the “Product(s)”).
1.2. The Terms describe the ordering process from submission through acceptance and performance of the order, and apply to all Products made available by the Seller on the Site, without reservation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Products, presentation and availability
2.1. The Products offered for sale are those displayed on the Site at the time the Consumer consults it, subject to stock availability. Products are offered while supplies last and the Seller cannot guarantee that any Product shown on the Site will remain available.
2.2. Green Net also reserves the right to discontinue, delist or withdraw the Products from sale at any time.
2.3. Green Net presents on the Site the Products for sale as well as their detailed descriptions in product sheets. The Products are described with the greatest possible care and precision. However, any materials used to present the Products (including texts, photographs, static or dynamic images, videos, and other multimedia content) are provided for informational and presentation purposes only and do not constitute a contractual undertaking by the Seller.
2.4. For any questions relating to a Product, its characteristics or recommended use, the Consumer is encouraged to contact the Seller’s customer service using the contact details set out below.
2.5. The Products are intended to comply with applicable Romanian legislation. The Seller shall not be liable where a Product does not comply with mandatory rules in the country of delivery or destination. The Consumer remains responsible for verifying, with the competent local authorities, whether the import, sale and/or use of the Products is permitted in that jurisdiction.
2.6. At any time, the Seller reserves the right to modify or no longer market the Products offered on the Site, these modifications having no impact, however, on orders that Green Net has accepted before these modifications come into force.
2.7. If, after an Order has been placed, one or more Products become totally or partially unavailable, the Consumer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible (by any appropriate means) of the unavailability and of the resulting total or partial cancellation of the Order.
a. Total cancellation:
- The Order will be cancelled in full and the Consumer will not be charged (or, where payment has already been taken, the amounts paid will be refunded without undue delay).
- The Consumer will be informed by any appropriate means.
b. Partial cancellation:
[AL1] • The Order will be confirmed only for the Products that remain available, and the Consumer will be charged only for the corresponding amounts (or, where payment has already been taken, any amounts relating to unavailable Products will be refunded).
• The unavailable part of the Order will be cancelled.
• The available Products will be delivered in accordance with the delivery terms.
In all cases, if the Order initially qualified for free delivery, the Consumer will retain the benefit of free delivery even if, following a partial cancellation, the order value falls below the free-delivery threshold.
- User registration
3.1. Access to www.beautik.ro is free of charge and you may browse the Site without creating an account. However, to use certain functionalities—such as purchasing Products and tracking your Orders—you must register and create a user account.
3.2. Creating an account and/or placing an Order constitutes your express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with the Privacy Policy. These documents form the contractual framework governing the relationship between you and the Seller.
3.3. As these Terms may be updated from time to time, you should review them periodically. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue access to and use of the services offered on beautik.ro.
3.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for restricting access to your account. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
3.5. The Seller reserves the right, at its discretion and in justified circumstances, to refuse or cancel Orders, suspend or close user accounts, and to modify or remove content from the Site (including text, images and hyperlinks), or to refuse the sale of Products. Where such measures are taken, you may contact us in writing at [email protected] to request information on the reasons for the decision, where this can be disclosed.
3.6. To register, you will be asked to provide certain personal data (such as your name, email address, date of birth and other information necessary to identify you as a Site user). To subscribe to the beautik.ro newsletter and/or alerts, you must provide a valid email address and any additional information requested for that purpose.
3.7. For details regarding the categories of data collected, the purposes and legal bases of processing, retention periods, recipients and your rights as a data subject, please consult our Privacy Policy available on the Site.
- Online sales policy
4.1. Placing an Order on the Site is straightforward and typically involves the following steps:
1. Select the Products.
2. add them in the shopping cart.
3. log in to your account or register and
4. complete and submit the Order.
4.2. www.beautik.ro offers you the opportunity to choose from hundreds of products, sorted by category and distinct uses (Perfumes, Care Products, Home Fragrances, New Products, Gifts, etc.). You can access these categories from the top menu. Each of these categories has subgroups divided by use, to make your search easier.
4.3. A simple click on each of the listed products will reveal a short description and a detailed photo of the product. If you have decided on a product, click on the "Shopping Cart" button, but don't forget to choose the number of items you want to order from this product.
4.4. Throughout your navigation through our online store, the contents of your shopping cart are displayed in the upper right corner. If you change your mind about purchasing a product, you can always remove it from your shopping cart and it will not appear in your final order.
4.5. When you have finished selecting the products and quantities, click on the shopping cart to see what you have purchased and submit your order. Now all you have to do is click on the "Place order" button. From now on, everything is taken care of by us.
4.6. Next, enter the address where you want to receive the products, your name, and contact details.
4.7. If you want the billing address to be different from the delivery address, please fill in the fields that appear after clicking on the "Add new address" button.
4.8. After completing all the steps, click on the "Complete order" button to finalize your order.
4.9. To confirm the products in your shopping cart and send your order to us, click on the "Confirm order" button.
4.10. If you have any questions or would like to contact one of our operators by phone, the phone numbers 0749.244.993 or 0752.084.000 are available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Order confirmation:
5.1. The order placed by the Customer does not create any contractual obligations for Green Net SRL until the order is confirmed by the latter.
5.2. The order placed online will only be considered valid after it has been confirmed by Green Net SRL. If the Customer refuses to receive the package, Green Net SRL reserves the right to no longer honor future orders.
5.3. From the moment the Customer confirms the order, they accept the content of the Terms and Conditions on the website, as well as the fact that the order implies an obligation to pay on their part.
5.4. Following validation of the payment by the Consumer, the latter will receive an order confirmation email sent by the Seller. This will include the following information:
- The order number;
- The order summary;
- The amount of the order, all taxes included;
- Shipping costs;
- Confirmation of payment.[AL2]
5.5. Only the receipt by the consumer of the e-mail confirming the order forms the sales contract.
5.6. The Seller retains full ownership of the Product(s) ordered until full payment of the price, including principal, fees, taxes and mandatory contributions.
- Prices
6.1. Prices on the Romanian version of the Site are shown in RON and include VAT. Prices on the English version are shown in EUR and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges are not included in Product prices and will be displayed and added at checkout before you place the Order. The price applicable to your Order is the one displayed on the Site at the time you submit the Order.
6.2. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import-related charges may apply and remain the Customer’s responsibility; such amounts are not included in the prices shown on the Site. We recommend checking with local authorities regarding any applicable import requirements and charges.
6.3. We may update prices at any time by publishing the updated prices on the Site. Price changes do not affect Orders already accepted by us, subject to Product availability.
6.4. The Site is intended for purchases by private individuals for personal use. We may refuse or cancel Orders that appear abnormal in volume/value or indicate resale or commercial activity, where justified.
6.5. We are not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for the inability to place an Order due to temporary unavailability of the Site caused by technical issues or maintenance.
- Payment
7.1. The payment methods for products ordered at www.beautik.ro are simple: online payment by card, which is made upon completion of the order.
7.2. Pay online with a bank card. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code) logos.
7.3. No additional commission is charged for transactions.
7.4. To complete the transaction correctly, you must provide the card code (all digits in the four groups on the front of the card, without spaces), the expiration date, and the last three digits on the back of the card inscribed on the signature strip (depending on the card, these may be missing).
7.5. Payments are processed in the currency selected at checkout. If your payment account is denominated in a different currency, your payment service provider or bank may apply its own exchange rate and any applicable fees, in accordance with its terms and conditions.
7.7. When making a payment by bank card, the user's/customer's payment card details will not be accessible to Green Net and will not be stored by Green Net or by the payment processor integrated into the Site, but only by the transaction authorization institution or another entity authorized to provide card identification data storage services, the identity of which will be communicated to the user/purchaser prior to entering the data.
7.8. The entity authorized to provide payment services is NETOPIA FINANCIAL SERVICES S.R.L, a company incorporated and operating under Romanian law, with its registered office located in Bucharest, B-dul. Dimitrie Popmpei, no. 9-9A, IRIDE BUSINESS PARK, Building no. 24, 4th floor, room 4A, sector 2.
7.9. The Seller also reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery that may seem abnormal, in the event of an existing dispute with the Consumer, or even, but not limited to, total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the Consumer.
- Delivery:
- For purchases in Romania:
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery is made for a fee in Bucharest and in the localities in the province available in the list. If the locality is not on the list mentioned on the website, the name of the locality shall be specified in the "Additional information" field, in order to subsequently determine the additional delivery fee. The company shall include in the package sent to the Customer, depending on the type of each product, all the necessary documents certifying the purchase of the products/services by the Customer.
- For purchases in the European Union
8.2.1. When the Consumer is eligible for delivery, the Seller delivers to:.....[AL4] The Products ordered by the Consumer will be delivered to the postal address provided by the Consumer when ordering online, by the Postal Services or by private carriers. Average delivery times given for information purposes are indicated when ordering.
8.2.2. The Consumer will be able to follow the progress of their delivery on the Site, by clicking on their customer account.
8.2.3. Since delivery is provided by a third-party service provider, Green Net cannot be held responsible if the non-performance or poor performance of this obligation is attributable to the Consumer, to the unforeseeable or insurmountable act of a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure.
8.2.4. The Consumer will also bear the consequences (delay in delivery, impossibility of delivery, return of the Products to Green Net, additional transport costs) resulting, where applicable, from the erroneous and/or incomplete nature of the information provided by the Consumer for the purpose of delivery and/or the absence of the Consumer at the time of delivery.
8.3. Delivery made
8.3.1. Each delivery is deemed to have been made upon the Product(s) being made available to the Consumer by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier, such as the delivery tracking system.
8.3.2. In accordance with Romanian legislation, the Consumer will receive, upon delivery, an invoice detailing the price of the products ordered and, where applicable, the delivery costs charged to him as well as a return form allowing him to exercise his right of withdrawal and obtain a refund for the products or to exchange them.
8.3.3. It is the Consumer's responsibility to immediately check the conformity and integrity of the Product(s) shipped upon receipt of the Product(s).
8.3.4. In the event of delay, breakage, the Consumer must issue complete and precise reservations on the delivery note. In any event, the Consumer may only exercise his recourse against the carrier to whom he must formulate his reservations. Any reservation must be confirmed by registered letter to the carrier within three (3) working days following receipt, specifying the package number, the reasons for the complaint and attaching, where applicable, a copy of the package delivery slip.
8.3.5. Any reservation of this type must also be notified to the Consumer Service of the Seller within the same time period and in the same form at the following address: ....[AL5]
8.3.6. A copy of the complaint addressed to the carrier must be attached.
8.3.7. Any claim made after this deadline or without respecting the required form will be rejected and the Seller will be released from all liability.
8.3.8. The Consumer must also ensure that the products delivered to him correspond to the order placed by him on the Site. In the event of non-conformity, the Consumer must inform the Seller at the above address, and return the products to the address indicated and under the conditions of Article 10.
8.3.9. Delivery will be made within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. In exceptional cases, the dispatch and delivery of orders may be extended up to 30 working days (weekends, public holidays, discount/promotional campaigns, etc.). Delivery time may vary depending on the selected carrier and destination. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, the Consumer may cancel their order.
- Conformity and warranty of products
The Product(s) are subject to the conditions and guarantee provided by Romanian law.
All products sold on the website www.beautik.ro benefit from legal guarantees regarding product conformity. The products sold are new, authentic, and come from sources authorized by each manufacturer.
- Product returns
10.1. Customers may request the return of products purchased online in the following situations:
10.1.1. The product ordered does not comply with the specifications mentioned on the packaging. If the product proves not to comply with the specifications in the offer, the customer may request its return for replacement or full refund. If the customer chooses to have the product replaced with a product of higher value, they will pay the difference. In this situation, the return and transport costs for the replacement product, if applicable, will be borne by Green Net S.R.L.
10.1.2. The product ordered was delivered incorrectly. The delivery of a product other than the one ordered must be reported immediately, and the customer will refuse to accept it. The customer may request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, they may opt for replacement or a full refund. If replacement with a product of higher value is agreed, the difference will be paid. In this situation, the return and transport costs for the replacement product, if applicable, will be borne by Green Net S.R.L.
10.2. The Products must be returned in their original packaging and packaging with a copy of the invoice. The Seller does not accept packages sent postage due.
10.3. Any risk associated with the return of the Product(s) is the responsibility of the Consumer.
10.4. Upon receipt of the Product(s) presumed to be non-compliant, the Seller will carry out an inspection of the Product(s) as soon as possible. If the non-compliant nature of the Product(s) is confirmed, the Seller will then reimburse the non-compliant Product(s) to the bank account debited when ordering within thirty (30) days of receipt of the non-compliant Product(s) as well as the initial delivery costs. Any refunds will be made automatically in the same way you originally paid.
- Exercising the right of withdrawal
11.1 In accordance with Article 9(1) of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the customer, takes physical possession of the products, to exercise their legal right of withdrawal, without being obliged to justify their decision and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Article 13(3) and Article 14 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014.
11.2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
11.2.1. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must expressly inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, completing the withdrawal form available here. [AL6]
11.2.2. If the products meet the conditions for exercising the legal right of withdrawal, the Customer will be able to obtain a refund for the value of the returned products. The Customer will be refunded all amounts paid for the order in respect of which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, except for delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller took possession of the returned goods. The Customer understands and expressly agrees that the refund shall be made exclusively by bank transfer, in which case they undertake to provide the Seller with the details of a bank account for the transfer of the amounts.
11.2.3. The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
11.3. Products exempted from the exercise of the legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for Orders relating to:
• the supply of products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• the supply of goods that have been unsealed after delivery, which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
• the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Thus, the Customer acknowledges that they will not be able to exercise their right of withdrawal with regard to products that have been unsealed by them, the resale of which could present hygiene or health risks to consumers (e.g., care products, perfumes, etc.).
11.4. Consequences of the withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of express delivery costs), without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used, unless we expressly agree to a different means of payment. The refund is free of charge for you. We reserve the right to defer the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand back the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
This deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the deadline. We will cover the return costs if you use the return label provided for returns within Romania. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return costs.
You shall be liable for any loss in value of the returned goods if such loss in value is due to handling other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.
- Promotions and contests
Green Net sets its own rules for the promotions and contests it organizes. These rules are communicated to potential participants only through its own website. Only orders that strictly comply with the rules posted on the website are eligible for active promotions. Furthermore, promotions only apply to orders that are registered by the company during the period in which the promotion is valid and only while stocks last. Green Net does not guarantee the availability of promotional products in stock and may interrupt or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Force majeure
13.1. The parties shall not be liable for failure to perform their contractual obligations or for improper performance thereof in the event of force majeure. Force majeure means an unforeseeable and insurmountable event that makes it impossible to comply with contractual obligations.
13.2. The party invoking force majeure is obliged to notify the other party of the occurrence of the event and to take all possible measures to limit its consequences.
13.3. If, within 15 days of the occurrence of the event constituting force majeure, the event does not cease, the contract shall be deemed terminated by operation of law.
- Terms and conditions applicable to Gift Cards
14.1. Gift Cards can only be used in Beautik stores from Romania. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash and are valid for the period of time mentioned on them.
14.2. We may withdraw or cancel the card and request an alternative form of payment if we suspect that it has been stolen or used fraudulently.
- Disputes and conflicts
15.1. The General Conditions of Sale are subject to Romanian law. The language applicable to the contract between the parties is the language in which the order was placed.
15.2. In the event of a dispute resulting from the formation, interpretation or execution of the General Conditions of Sale, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action by submitting a complaint setting out in detail the reasons for the dispute to the attention of Green Net, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within ten (10) days following the occurrence of the dispute, to the following address:
15.3. In the absence of an amicable settlement within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the complaint, any dispute to which the General Conditions of Sale may give rise will be submitted to the competent Romanian courts.
15.4. The text covers domestic disputes and cross-border disputes.
15.5. Any attempt at unauthorized access to the www.beautik.ro website or any attempt at fraud will be reported to the competent authorities.
- Final provisions
16.1. If any of the above clauses becomes null and void or inapplicable, this shall not affect the validity of all other clauses included in these terms and conditions.
16.2. The fact that Green Net refrains from demanding at any given time the execution of any of the stipulations of these General Conditions of Sale cannot be interpreted as constituting a waiver of the right to subsequently invoke said total or partial non-execution or to rely on said stipulation in the future.
16.3. Likewise, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the misuse and/or intensive use of the products that the Consumer may make of them.
16.4. Any amendment or abandonment of any of the clauses of the General Conditions of Sale by Green Net will apply from the date of their publication on the Site.
16.5. Any previous order will remain subject to the General Conditions of Sale in force on the day of said order.
